In this workshop, designed specifically for NZ dentists, you’ll learn how to:

• How to build trust and rapport with your patients, particularly during your new patient examinations.
• Understand the psychology behind the dentist-patient relationship, recognising and addressing patient concerns that can be barriers to effective communication.

• Present treatment options in a clear and digestible way for patients, including costs.
• Confidently discuss large treatment plans, even when patients aren’t expecting them.
• Avoid awkward rejections and difficult conversations with these effective communication techniques.
